Overview of templates for the FAQs web part for classic pages

Wizdom comes with two templates for the FAQ web part:

Accordion List

The template ‘webpartSimpleAccordionList’ allows users to expand questions and answers under a heading.

This template saves real estate, as the categories are shown collapsed by default. Also, the user is not distracted by information that isn’t needed.

Simple FAQ List

The template ‘webpartSimpleList’ displays all categories and questions in a FAQ. Users are allowed to expand answers under questions.
