Overview of templates for the Service Desk module

Wizdom Service Desk module includes a selection of four templates. Here, we will go through the templates that are available out-of-the-box:
Ticket Overview

The template named “ShowTicket” shows details of submittet tickets.

Ticket List

The template named “TicketList” displays a list of all submittet tickets.

Overview of Service Desk

The template named “ShowServiceDesk” controls the overall look, feel, and functionality of the Service Desk web part.

Ticket Creation

The template named “CreateTicket” defines the interface users meet when they create tickets.
